Emotional Intelligence Coaching Starter Package

Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that collectively establish how well we:

This starter package includes the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report. With just under 30 pages, this report is rich in information about emotionally-effective leadership and provides participants with their own scores on 15 sub scales making up 5 composite scales. Which scales contribute most to overall well-being is an enlightening feature of this tool.


Participants receive an initial one-hour session debriefing their specific results from their self-assessment. This is followed up with 2 one-hour sessions to support the creation of an action plan for development.


Sessions are with Marilyn Orr, MA, CEC, PCC. She has been coaching executives since 2005. After using EQ-i assessments with clients for years and recently became a training partner with MHS on certifications using EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360.

EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Certification

What Does Certification Include?
  • A blended curriculum where you do part of your certification online independently and 16 hours with an instructor. 
  • The ability to take the assessment yourself and get feedback from an experienced coach
  • Upon successful completion, your own online account where you can use the product with your clients and employees
  • Access to professionally created marketing materials
  • Free access to the online User’s Handbook and other resources
  • A certificate of completion 
  • Continuing Education credits from the International Coach’s Federation (EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360) and the American Psychological Association



Additional development hours are available with follow-up coaching practicums.
