MENTORING COACHES

What's different about mentoring coaches?

Mentor coaching, or being coached on your coaching is a way to zero in on your strengths, what's making you a great coach, to create strategies in the areas you'd like to grow in.

Having a mentor is often the only place coaches receive feedback on their coaching.

Mentor coaching with Marilyn Orr uses a coach apoproach - a safe, high-trust and non-judgmental enviroment to grow in.

Who is this for?

- Coaches wanting to complete International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialing requirements

-Coaches commited to their own professional development

-Managers supporting the development of their employees, using coaching skills in daily interactions

Mentor coaching focuses on the International Coach Federations Updated Core Competencies.
