MENTOR COACHING

Mentor coaching helps you to zero in on your strengths and create strategies for areas you would like to grow in.

There are many ways to benefit from having a mentor. As coaches often the last time that we had feedback on our coaching was during our training.

Even as coaches the prospect of receiving feedback can be intimidating. We have a strong commitment to creating safe high-trust environments for you to grow in.

Who is this for? You may be:

 • A coach wanting to complete International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialing requirements;
 • Simply a coach committed to your own professional development; or
 • A manager supporting the development of employees using coaching skills in daily interactions.

Mentor coaching uses a coach approach to support your growth in coaching effectiveness with a focus on ICF’s 11 Core Competencies.

There are 2 formats to choose from:

Option A

 • 10 hours of one-to-one mentor coaching with PCC coach
 • Review by the mentor of 10 30-minute recorded coaching calls
 • Written feedback on each recorded coaching session
 • Upon completion a certificate for submission to the ICF

Option B

 • 7 hours of small group mentor coaching with PCC coach
 • 3 hours of one-to-one mentor coaching with PCC coach
 • Review by mentor of 3 30-minute recorded coaching calls
 • Written feedback on each recorded coaching session
 • Upon completion a certificate for submission to the ICF
